We are your strategic portfolio, program and change management partners, prioritizing the human side of change across Customer Success. We deliver transformational programs that drive value realization with a focus on understanding desired outcomes, as well as influencing employee engagement and adoption. We do this by aligning to Jim's "change the business" V2MOM methods to focus on what matters the most to the business, and where there is the biggest impact to our people.

Position Description
The Change Manager is a strategic role, focused on driving the end to end Change Management workstreams on our most critical and transformative company initiatives. In this role you will influence behaviors and mindsets to drive end user adoption and achieve desired business outcomes. To be successful, you will develop holistic change management strategies to overcome adoption hurdles, minimize resistance and ensure impacted audiences are ready and enabled. By acting as a trusted partner, you'll advise program team members on strategies and approaches for getting the business from the "as is" state to the desired future adoption state.

Successful candidates will be able to quickly build rapport and trust-based relationships to collaborate effectively across training, communications, project and business teams. You will execute with empathy and have a passion for connecting the dots for impacted users and their leadership. You will drive a consistent drum-beat to ensure people understand the "why," feel prepared, and are excited for the change.

Key to this role is your ability to apply critical thinking and take the initiative to drive results. You will use influence and innovation, relentless curiosity, and problem-solving to get things done. Responsibilities:

  • Identify impacted audiences by completing stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, defining personas, areas of resistance, motivators, etc.

  • Partner with business owners to define adoption and success metrics

  • Craft holistic, right-sized change strategies (inclusive of communication, training, and incentivization plans)

  • Conduct employee focus group sessions, employees surveys, and interviews to obtain input for change management planning

  • Partner with enablement, communications, and project team members to execute plans consistent with our change strategy, approach and branding

  • Use data and metrics to gain feedback and pivot as needed

  • Work across the organization to build cross functional relationships and stakeholder alignment for programs and initiatives

  • Ability to adapt communication style and content to necessary audiences ranging from executive leadership to cross functional working groups

  • Ensure that a broad-base of activities related to the change management plans are tracked and updated via project plans and meeting recaps

  • Develop and govern change management best practices across the organization

  • Define and implement operational processes to successfully deliver change management at scale

Preferred Qualification and Skills:

  • 8 years+ of Organizational Change Management Experience, leading large scale transformations across varied audiences, technologies and processes

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers

  • Experience creating and operationalizing change networks, communities of super users, etc. to gain insights and drive adoption throughout the enterprise

  • Knowledge and experience applying varied change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Willingness and skills to get tactical and help the team deliver against their commitments

  • Natural problem-solver with proven experience managing multiple unique projects and stakeholder groups

  • Strong background in program and project management

  • Flexibility in shifting direction quickly when priorities change; excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively and possess strategies for continuity of work in absence of all the details

  • Strong Executive presence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex problems and develop solutions

  • The capability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential
