Cloud Engineer III

Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Cloud Engineer III. The Cloud Engineer III is accountable for the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud solutions, while ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems and applications.

System Design and Implementation:

Design cloud solutions according to requirements and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices in cloud infrastructure.
• Develop technical specifications.
• Integrate new technologies and utilize modular components to achieve desired outcomes.
• Optimize system performance.
• Implement security measures.

Infrastructure Management:

• Monitor system performance.
• Coordinate system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot application deployment issues.
• Maintain system documentation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Required certifications for privileged access including Security+ CE.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Relevant technical certifications desired such as:
  • AWS Solutions Architect
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,000.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
