Up to 50% travel is required for this position.

The pay range for this position is $200,000- $275,000 annually based on direct and relevant experience.

JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the SVP Operations is to manage the growth and operations of all centers within the designated regions, with a primary focus on business development activities. This position is responsible for developing and attaining the market growth and retention goals as outlined in the annual budget and long-run strategic plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Champions the vision, values and purpose to support the operational and strategic goals of the Company

Business Development
* Works with the Business Development team and senior management in determining appropriate affiliation structures to offer potential partners
* Facilitates the due diligence process for any business acquisitions, center expansions, and capital acquisitions. Ensures all new initiatives are efficiently and effectively implemented
* Increases market share for existing operations by further expanding the company's reach in existing markets, as well as expanding the business to other areas in the regions where the company does not currently have a market presence
* Works closely with corporate functional areas, as well as the local operations staff within the market, to ensure smooth and successful integration and implementation of services into existing centers

Operations
* Establishes operations initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, efficiency, service delivery, and employee relations in the markets
* Supports the payer contracting process for the markets
* Coordinates operations in line with best practice patient and process workflow
* Works with radiologist partners to foster collaborative relationships for effective operations and patient service
* Responsible for strategically aligned professional service agreements with radiologist partners
* Leads hospital and physician partner Board meetings as applicable
* Analyzes data and support market leaders for effective operations
* Accountable for market P&Ls and strategic plans in designated regions
* Leads market/region performance through collaboration with support center and other team members across the organization
* Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports, the company's vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
Strategic Planning
* Develops long-range goals for the regions that align with the strategic and aggressive growth plans of the company
* Develops and implements the strategic and tactical operating plans for the regions
* Identifies key strategic relationships, tailors affiliation models and negotiates and closes transactions
* Coordinates the development of business plans, valuations, acquisition plans and business terms for all centers added or expanded within the market
* Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments
* Working with Marketing, develops marketing campaigns for new products, services and centers. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare, management or finance or a related field required
* 10 to 15 years of demonstrated success in management and leadership in the healthcare or similar environment
* Knowledge of the provider, payer and employer communities
* Must be able to speak, read and write English
* Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
Preferred:
* MBA or MHA; health care experience including radiology
