As a Security Professional - Shopping Center in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a retail and mall environment, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to visitors and staff. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $28.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the retail environment.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and local authorities as required.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
