About the Role

Impact you will make

A Supervisor, Business Operations, within Government Reimbursement will lead a team that is responsible for solutions related to Revenue Opportunity customers and product lines. A Supervisor will ensure that team goals and tasks align with FinThrive objectives and values as provided by leadership. In addition to managing the day to day team activities, a Supervisor, Business Operations will make recommendations to leadership on ways to improve our people, processes, and products.

What you will do



  • Apply critical thinking skills to solve business issues and serve as a subject matter expert when engaging with internal or external customers
  • Assign and prioritize all team tasks
  • Oversee the completion of all team projects, work and deadlines
  • Effectively communicates with key stakeholders and quickly resolves risks or issues as they arise
  • Hire, train, and assess performance of team members
  • Ensure high team engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide in-depth product training to colleagues and customers
  • Contribute to process/product improvement ideas with management for increased quality and efficiency
  • Complete non-standard, high complexity tasks/research/analysis for managers/customers
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products and ever-changing Medicare reimbursement regulations



What you will bring



  • Business Related Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience in a management role
  • 1+ years' experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Well organized and meticulous aptitude
  • Great customer service proficiencies, as well as communication skills- both oral and written
  • Process driven attitude and adaptable to change when necessary
  • Ability to follow established priorities and work with minimal oversight



What we would like to see



  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare related field


  • Experience with Epic, Meditech, McKesson or Cerner EHRs and/or exposure to Healthcare Information Technology
  • Background in Medicare claims
  • Experience standardizing and validating large data sets
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
