The Staff Hardware Engineer role requires both: technical leadership of a critical project as well as a key contributor/consultant to numerous other projects.

Typical responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, architectural design, schematic capture, circuit modeling, PCB layout, timing analysis, component selection, solving EMC and regulatory issues, bringing up prototypes, and testing & validating designs.

The position requires the individual to work well within a cross-functional team consisting of mechanical, software, and firmware engineers, as well as product managers, program managers, manufacturing engineers, and NPI engineers. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent problem-solving skills, possesses a keen attention to detail, works well within a small team, and can produce results.

Base Salary Range 155,000 - 190,000

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off.

We will be accepting applications until a final candidate is identified.
