ChampionX has an immediate need for a Operations Manager located in Odessa, TX. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a batch specialty chemical manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. This role involves managing a team of approximately 3 direct reports and 25 indirect reports, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Safety-Sensitive Position: Physical Requirements: While performing the essential functions and/or job responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
