*Description*
The Security Analyst is responsible for assisting with the evaluation, development, management, reporting, research and day-to-day operations of the security posture in the enterprise healthcare environment. This position will work under the guidance of the Sr. Security Engineer to monitor, evaluate, manage and determine the resolution of incidents in the network, server, application and workstation infrastructure, and respond when there is a security incident requiring attention. This position will also assist with the management of security tools, e.g., firewall, endpoint management, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR (XDR), vulnerability scans and equipment presenting adverse actions or vulnerabilities to address etc. The Security Analyst will perform other duties as assigned. Any security related duties not described are not excluded. This position requires a person that is flexible, adaptable and able to work autonomously and with integrity considering the sensitivity of the role and the insight into the environment. This position is considered Hybrid, which means that individuals in this position may work both at an approved Offsite location and Onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on Business Needs. *With BA: Minimum 5 years professional experience in an enterprise environment. *With HS: Minimum 10 years professional experience in an enterprise environment *Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving and providing guidance to others in T1 and T2 *Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented roles *Experience with incident management and incident escalations as well as Incident Response Plans *Experience with deploying, managing and troubleshooting applications, systems and software *Experience managing virtual and physical assets in an enterprise environment *Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as KB's, SOPs and policies as required *Top Skills Details* EDR/XDR, Email Security, vulnerability management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: *Experience working in a technical role dealing with operating systems, software, and networking equipment and security systems (EDR/SIEM) *Experience working in a healthcare environment and dealing with HIPAA compliance *Experience working in a cross-functional team with multiple areas of responsibility *Experience with enterprise security tools such Mimecast, SentinelOne, AlienVault, Tenable Nessus, Phishing campaigns, YubiKeys *Broad understanding of healthcare enterprise infrastructure, systems, applications and operational requirements *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
