Do you thrive in hands-on environments where your skills make a real impact? Our client is actively seeking Intermediate-Level IT Professionals to join their dynamic Data Center Operations Team! Whether you're a night owl or an early riser, we've got you covered - multiple shifts available (day and night)! What You'll Do: As a Data Center Technician, you'll be at the heart of mission-critical operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing physical upgrades, implementations, and optimizations of server hardware * Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, deploying circuit boards, and running diagnostics * Managing support tickets from start to finish with minimal supervision * Supporting internal IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and telecom * Installing and deploying IT and network hardware * Creating and testing patch cables and verifying cable paths * Conducting hardware and inventory audits What We're Looking For: * Hands-on experience with server hardware troubleshooting * A strong interest in technology and computer systems * Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently * Excellent documentation and communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
