Description Responsibilities include: Help manage the shared email boxes. This would include working manual requests that come in from customer service. Collaborating with the analysts to relay which members need to be corrected on the eligibility file. Handles all merge related work. This would include joining meetings to collaborate on best practices, research, documentation of job aids and policies, and handling manual work. oManual work includes Merge emails from customer service and commercial analysts Going through triage report to correct already linked members Creating new reports to look at duplicate records that need to be merged Maintaining map key for all clients. This would include a quality control check to make sure members do not have multiple logics established. Run eligibility files when the workload for analysts is too high Requirements: Experience in testing, analyzing, researching, verifying, entering, modifying or updating/correcting data. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications would be needed. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication skills are important. As well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to solve problems using independent judgement. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
