*Job Title:* Member Service Center Representative *Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle *80-100 calls per day* addressing member inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information * Assist members with *checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit* * *Accurately document customer interactions* * *Resolve account issues quickly and professionally* * *Recommend financial services that align with member needs* * *Collect member loan payments* and handle various accounting transactions * Act as the *voice of our brand*-friendly, confident, and positive * Provide *problem-solving solutions* and guide members through issues * Maintain follow-through to ensure all details are covered *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * *Outgoing, personable candidates*-you must truly enjoy working with people * Previous *customer service or retail experience* * *Call center and/or financial institution* experience preferred * *Strong computer skills*-quick typing, searches, and performing transactions * *High school diploma/GED* required (Associate's degree in business or related field is a plus!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr. Company benefits will be share, upon request.
