Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Sr. RevOps, Processes & Systems Manager to own the strategy, execution, administration, and enablement of our go-to-market (GTM) systems and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust systems roadmap that aligns with companywide strategic priorities, enhances operational efficiency, and drives revenue growth at scale. We are seeking someone who can work with leaders across the business to own the GTM systems roadmap, manage and optimize new and existing processes, be the subject matter expert (SME) on our full tech stack and its integration points, and ensure that Bamboo Health technology and processes drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable GTM systems roadmap that aligns with business priorities and integrates with existing platforms.
  • Design and deliver system solutions and workflows that support AI integration, automation, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Manage and improve processes within Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Operations to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the management and optimization of GTM tools such as ChurnZero, Gong, Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide analysis and operational support to Finance and Ops teams related to corporate development activities.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in technical implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for system configuration and development.

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...

  • You understand our existing processes & tools for supporting the Bamboo Health revenue team.
  • You understand the internal operations of our company.
  • You finalize discovery of existing processes & tools to begin to prioritize where you can add the most value.

In 6 months...

  • You have created a roadmap on how to improve the current GTM systems to drive business goals and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You own all processes that flow into Salesforce, ensuring they are optimized, the team is clearly enabled on what is needed, and the team is held accountable to the process.

In 12 months...

  • You manage the systems roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business needs, it is communicated clearly, and it is consistently refreshed.
  • You manage and own the RevOps roadmap for all process and systems work and enhancements.
  • You are measuring outcomes and impact of process improvements and enhancements

What You Need:

  • 6+ years' experience within Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, Data Analysis, and/or working directly with Salesforce.
  • Experience partnering with diverse teams, including Revenue, Delivery, External Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Finance and more.
  • A firm understanding of data structures of CRM systems. Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging tools to enhance customer retention processes (i.e. ChurnZero or Gainsight).
  • Experience working with sales engagement tools (we use Gong Engage) as well as database tools (ZoomInfo)
  • Experience working cross-functionally to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows.
  • Highly analytical & data driven with ability to coordinate well cross functionally.
  • Experience with high-growth companies a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives and requirements into clear and actionable technical. specifications.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, including sales, customer success, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of judgment and creativity in designing innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.
