POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Operations is responsible for the onsite personnel resources, and the administrative management of all program activities. The Director of Operations is responsible for the oversight and management all assigned accounts in a safe and efficient manner. This position is responsible for assigning resources, site employee management, contract compliance and customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for employee development and retention for assigned accounts. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for site budget compliance and spending, as well as ensuring all staff are compliant with company policy. As a member of the management team, this position will actively participate in strategic and tactical functions related to reliability of client facilities, profitability, business and development and industry leading standards.

What you will do



  • Create and implement a comprehensive strategy related to the oversight, management, and disposition of REO assets.
  • Such asset disposition plan should be multi-pronged to facilitate multiple disposition strategies and to maximize the value of the REO assets.
  • In addition, such plan should take into account all facets of REO asset management, including, but not limited to, (i) asset preservation and protection services, (ii) real estate valuation services and analysis, (iii) applicable sales, marketing and disposition matters, and (iv) all necessary policies and procedures and related protocols.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal teams and with various third parties.
  • Monitor assets from on boarding through redemption and/or disposal.
  • Pro-actively identifies, administers, and pre-empt asset management issues and ensures timely communication to management.
  • Continuously refine best-in-class Asset Management.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to exercise/monitor rights and remedies or alternative disposition strategies with foreclosure eligible assets.
  • Issue Management, Escalation, and Remediation.
  • Delivery of specific asset management reporting and KPIs.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Preferred
  • 4-6 years industry experience Required
  • Exceptional problem/issue resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to "market" a strategy and gain support.
  • Strong use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and maintain a high degree of independence.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Quantitative analysis, including trending of data.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results.
  • High performing independent thinker with excellent communication skills with strong planning, organizational, analytical, negotiating and time management skills are critical.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and management skills.
  • Ability to present and interact at all levels of the organization and with industry professionals.
  • Work under tight deadlines and in a team environment.
