Description Stephens HospitalProfessional - Clinical Summary: Seeking a Physical Therapist with Pelvic Floor Rehab experience. Treats men and women for urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic pain. Treats women prenatally and post-partum. Will consider training the right candidate. This role performs physical therapy evaluations, develops plans, and carries out treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; helps patients reach their maximum performance in accordance with the Plan of Care prescribed by the provider. Provides all aspects of care based on standards established by the American Physical Therapy Association. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
