Coordinate planning, design, and implementation of user-centric software solutions to address business needs and ensure alignment with business strategies. Execute user needs analysis, and define workflow, user stories and use cases, sprint roadmaps, test cases and plans, acceptance criteria, and change management implications. Run product consultation meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), pre-production testing, and post-production validation, and efforts to tune, test, and reconfigure solutions. Prepare training guides, QRC (Query, Request, and Complaint) responses, training videos, and related business readiness materials. Prepare business knowledge strategies and plans for collaboration initiatives that align with business requirements and integrate with other internal and external systems. Coach, develop, and mentor team members on client engagements. Serve as primary point of contact for technology operation issue resolution. Monitor innovative trends and external market changes with respect to business solutions related to market leading collaboration and knowledge capabilities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software business applications; Applying principles of Knowledge Management models, processes, and technologies; Utilizing SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus messaging services, Postman Tool, SQL, XML, Visio, Fresh, CSS, and M365; All phases of the software development lifecycle, including data analysis, product business analysis, testing, and development and operationalization using Agile Scrum methodologies; Architecting collaboration and knowledge driven applications, solutions, principles, and leading industry practice; Utilizing UX design processes and methodologies; and Utilizing frontend SharePoint webpart customizations, including KQL queries, display templates, Microsoft APIs, and M365 configurations. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with product and operations management. Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required up to 5%.
