To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking a Clinical Marketing Specialist, Private Office to join our winning team.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Marketing Specialist, Private Office will serve as the clinical liaison between the Distribution field teams, contracted partners Distribution Marketing, and R&D to ensure the needs of the US market are properly communicated and managed. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical marketing plans and for developing tools that highlight the clinical value proposition of Mindray's ultrasound technology. In addition, this specialist will work with key opinion leaders to drive clinical validation and excellence in the utilization of our technology. This role will require detailed technical/clinical knowledge of Mindray's products and solid knowledge of the clinical marketplace.

Position Specifications:

Essential Functions

  1. Fundamentally understand the clinical and technical drivers for ultrasound systems in the North American market across multiple environments including POC, RAD and other Private Office channels.
  2. Provide technical and clinical support during the educational process on equipment use/clinical features at education and training events for customers and field teams.
  3. Manage internal and external clinical evaluations in the North American clinical environment prior to launch.
  4. Provide and execute clinical training events for contracted partners across the United States
  5. Reinforce our clinical and technical advantages and differentiation with clinical and scientific presentations, white papers, speaking engagements, publications, symposia, and educational programs.
  6. Advise on, contribute to and/or author the clinical elements of sales collateral, messaging, and internal and external training materials.
  7. Understand the competitive landscape and work with Marketing Managers to assist in defining key product positioning and messaging.
  8. Cultivate relationships with identified luminaries, consultants, and KOLs to drive clinical validation, product strategy and roadmap.
  9. Actively support the sales teams in identified, high level, strategic opportunities.
  10. Work with the Distribution Marketing Manager to ensure detailed clinical requirements and needs from the North American market are provided on a regular basis to the upstream and engineering teams for the global requirements definition.
  11. Participate in and demonstrate our solutions for internal/external events and at major tradeshows
  12. Track and communicate all BUG and enhancement issues with R&D, keeping record of request and implementation and communicating back to the Distribution team

Knowledge/Educational Requirement

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in related clinical, technical, or business area preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ultrasound- marketing, sales, and/or clinical required
  • Demonstrated clinical application knowledge and ultrasonography degree desirable

  • Works well both independently and in team settings (on-site and virtual)
  • Strong presence; confident, professional, articulate
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities; ability to work to tight schedules
  • Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to network and influence in the medical professional space, including at the CMO level

Work Environment

  • Position is remote-based
  • Travel Requirements, including international travel may reach 40% of the time
