National Grid is hiring a Lead Analyst for our Finance Services Group in Hicksville, NY
This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to our locations

Taking lead role in leading Supplier Services, a team responsible for working with energy service companies (ESCOs), brokers, consultants, regulatory personnel, and other parties associated with the Competitive Energy Markets industry.

• Assisting manager with keeping team on track, providing feedback on status of team.
• Helping to organize team's project load.
• Leading complex projects, inquiries, etc.
• Training team members.
• Ensuring metrics are accurate and timely.
• Aiding in influencing regulatory changes and, while helping team to prepare for such changes.
• Working with the director of the Complex Billing Function for urgent issues.
• Challenging existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to improve processes.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

• At least seven years of experience, preferably in the Retail Choice and/or Utility industries.
• In-depth knowledge of billing practices preferred.
• Knowledge of National Grid's business operations, company policies and practices.
• Knowledge of division policies, processes, and fields of work.
• Proven project leadership.
