What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact: Answer incoming calls from members and guide them through their questions with care and clarity. * Proactively support: Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and ensure members feel supported every step of the way. * Solve and support: Investigate issues, ask the right questions, and document everything clearly in our systems. * Coordinate care: Work directly with doctors' offices to help members schedule appointments or connect with internal specialists. * Educate and empower: Help healthcare providers understand the client's benefit plans and explore partnership opportunities with us. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
