Job Description Summary: Entry-level role to be trained as an eCommerce Merchandising Operations Analyst to support the eCommerce team. The eCommerce Operations Analyst will have an analytical bent, be highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior knowledge of or demonstrated interests in eCommerce operations. This position is designed as a support role, as well as a development step in all aspects of eCommerce merchandising operations to prepare a candidate for full responsibility as a Senior eCommerce Merchandising Operations Specialist in 2-3 years based on successful mastery of this role.

  • Monitor nightly platform activity (i.e., CronJobs) and run daily operational checks, report any issues found to the Operations Manager for resolution; identify operational opportunities to gain efficiency and improvements

  • Document all current processes and procedures used in the running of the systems in our eCommerce tech stack

  • Identify processes that could be improved to help reduce product content onboarding time and the time required to make site changes and updates.

  • Recommend usability improvements for tools used by the digital merchandising team working with members of the team; assist with the testing of site tool features and functionality

  • Review iSupport tickets and monitor ticket assignments until resolution escalating when and where necessary

  • Analyze tickets to identify patterns of issues and determine the root cause(s) so they can be resolved.

  • Assist with the documentation and maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures library

  • Work closely with Operations and other members of the Digital Merchandising teams to provide input to the Digital Product Management team on projects that improve our 'speed to shelf'.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required

  • Capable of operating in a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation

  • Constantly seeks ways to take ambiguity and create sustainable processes to reduce time/effort across multiple teams

  • High level of enthusiasm, energy as well as a sense of urgency to address any online issues.

  • Ability to work towards goals on an individual and team level; ability to self-teach via online courses, videos, and tutorials

  • Curiosity and creativeness to always want to learn and grow and think outside the box

  • Proficient in Google's G Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites)
