Bridge Design Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Bridge Design Project Manager to join our North Carolina team and help lead the delivery of complex bridge and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for a structural engineer who enjoys both the technical side of design and the bigger picture of managing projects, teams, clients, and relationships.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects for NCDOT, local municipalities, and private clients, collaborating with engineers and professionals across multiple disciplines to develop practical, high-quality solutions. You'll have a hand in projects from pursuit and planning through design and delivery, while helping guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure work meets both client expectations and Benesch's standards for quality.

You'll also have the opportunity to represent Benesch in client meetings, presentations, interviews, conferences, and industry events. Whether you're leading a project team, working through a complex design challenge, presenting to stakeholders, or helping win the next project, you'll have a visible role in shaping the work and the relationships behind it.

If you're ready to take your structural engineering experience to the next level and want a role where you can lead projects, develop people, build client relationships, and work on infrastructure that makes a real impact, this is an opportunity to grow your career while doing meaningful work.
