The Co-Sell Enablement Specialist is a strategic overlay role responsible for driving execution and visibility of RSM's most critical co-sell motions across Microsoft's solution areas. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between Microsoft field teams, RSM sales and delivery teams, and Partner Center operations-ensuring co-sell opportunities are identified, registered, tracked, and accelerated to close.

This role is essential to amplifying RSM's presence across Microsoft segments and solution areas, especially as new co-sell programs and pilots are launched in FY26.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field sellers and RSM Service Lines across solution areas, identify new co-sell programs and opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft co-sell field escalations and opportunity collaboration

  • Coordinate joint planning sessions and pipeline reviews with Microsoft teams

  • Manage co-sell opportunity and referral process for Partner Center, ensuring accurate tagging and metadata.

  • Track opportunity progression and proactively surface blockers to sales and delivery teams

  • Partner with Deal Advisors and Solution Leads to ensure readiness and alignment on co-sell pursuits

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting on co-sell volume, win rates, and influenced revenue

  • Provide monthly updates to leadership on co-sell performance by solution area

  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to co-sell processes and engagement models

  • Deliver internal training on co-sell workflows, Partner Center usage, and Microsoft field engagement

  • Document and share co-sell wins, playbooks, and success stories across the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel enablement, sales operations, or Microsoft ecosystem roles

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft's co-sell programs, Partner Center, and solution area structure

  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

Preferred

  • Experience working with Microsoft field teams across multiple segments

  • Prior involvement in co-sell motions across multiple solution areas

  • Knowledge of RSM's industry verticals and go-to-market strategy

Required: Willingness to travel at or above 25%

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500
