Benchmark Human Services Corporate office is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute to the company's mission to serve others by recruiting and hiring qualified staff. This is a full-time, remote position. Some travel required for training, job fairs, and conferences when applicable.

General Responsibilities:

  • Post recruitment ads utilizing various recruitment resources/tools to attract applicants
  • Conduct resume searches
  • Maintain an updated staffing needs list for each service line
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Meet hiring goals utilizing reports and maintaining communication with locations and managers

Knowledge + Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skill with an emphasis on telephone etiquette and salesmanship
  • Customer service skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with professional licensed roles (LCSW, BCBA, RN, LPN) preferred
  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience with an HRIS/ATS preferred
  • Valid driver's license
