Job Purpose: Primarily responsible for overall factory management including activities in production and test area to meet production goals, quality productivity, cost objectives, plant profitability, asset performance, and business growth. Directly or indirectly manages operations, quality, and engineering. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations on tolling and direct/indirect labor. Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation. Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned areas. The Plant Manager is responsible for the smooth running of operation functions by directly managing functional managers and internal specialists. Works to maximize production and efficiency and to minimize waste. Determines performance goals for employees and ensures employee development through training and performance management. Necessary to plan ahead, be alert and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently. Deals with all departments on a continuous basis. Responsible over P&L performance, employee retention/development and Customer Satisfaction. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range(annual): $150,000 - $ 160,000 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program. |
