We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Program Analyst to support a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program Management Office (PMO). As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of UAS-related programs. You will work closely with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, manage program schedules, and improve overall program performance to meet mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Analysis & Reporting:
- Support program managers in executing UAS development, procurement, sustainment, and operational programs.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to program performance, cost, risks, and schedules.
- Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
Schedule & Cost Management:
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed program schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of key milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, providing recommendations to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the PMO, internal teams, external contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate program-related meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure clear communication of program goals, issues, and changes to all stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify program risks and potential challenges, supporting the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Track risk management plans and ensure timely updates to align with program priorities.
Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure programs operate within legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks, adhering to DoD standards.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to address compliance challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or analysis, preferably within the defense industry.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes and guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with program scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Required Clearance:
Must have an active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
