Position Title: Project Manager, Product Development Work Location: Des Plaines, IL 60018 Assignment Duration: 05 Months Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Summary: Manage product development projects within a regulated diagnostics environment, focusing on Molecular Assay and packaging updates. Background & Context: Onsite role requiring experience with diagnostics or medical devices in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Need to have a good understanding of design controls and working in a regulated environment. Experience with working with cross functional team in science/lab/clinical environment and leading the team. An understanding of diagnostic assays is preferred. Experience creating and managing timelines. Excellent intrapersonal skills and able to negotiate with team. Experience leading a team through design control process and design reviews. Qualification & Experience: Project Manager with experience in diagnostics (or medical devices). Experience with product development. Experience leading a team through design control process and design reviews Nice to have: Experience with stage gates for new products. Nice to have: Experience with Smartsheet.
