Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $30/hour

What You'll Do

As a Document Control Technician, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining records critical to compliance and audit readiness. Your work ensures that pre-clinical quality systems run efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:



  • Support quality control processes including audit tracking, results documentation, and record retention
  • Manage the intake, review, retrieval, and return of records in the Preclinical Archives
  • Perform data and documentation reviews for Preclinical Quality Systems
  • Maintain adherence to record retention and compliance standards
  • Contribute to building a culture of quality across all areas of responsibility



What You Bring



  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in document control or a similar field
  • Experience in a regulated environment-pre-clinical experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Commitment to compliance and quality standards
