Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Deerfield Beach, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • For this role, you will float between SMT, Post Wave, and Assembly.
  • Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies.
  • Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing, and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electro-mechanical components.
  • Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
  • Performs various electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
  • * Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units.
  • SMT Machine Operators are responsible for the setup, changeover, operation, and daily maintenance of complex SMT equipment and all associated tooling.
  • SMT Machine Operators may also perform SMT Kitting and Assembler/Tester functions (as required), including, but not limited to assembling parts, prepping parts, various assembly testing, soldering, loading/unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating.
  • Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and follow verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to assembly.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20 - $28/hr.

Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift.

Length: Contract (2-3 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Electronics Assembly in an aviation or aerospace environment.
