Essential Job Duties	The position of Facilities Maintenance Technician is needed to make repairs and improvements at the various units at Lake Wheeler Road Field Lab, in addition to preventive maintenance and service. The position will be required to work on many different systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and minor carpentry work. This position does NOT include operation of trucks for which a CDL is required.
