Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Quality Operations Coordinator to support quality and documentation processes within a highly regulated environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in quality operations and a passion for ensuring compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The role offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and QC teams while supporting key quality documentation and materials workflows critical to operational success.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily QC workflows, ensuring coordination of materials and documents across teams.
  • File completed documentation with Document Control, including Viewpoint and equipment maintenance forms.
  • Submit finalized batch records to QA for review and archiving.
  • Track and file warehouse orders to support ongoing inventory needs.
  • Perform scheduled cycle counts and monitor material stock levels and expiration dates.
  • Restock lab consumables and ensure material availability.
  • Receive and store delivered materials according to required storage specifications.
  • Oversee retains management and proper reagent transfer according to procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labeling, storage, and handling during reagent transfers.
  • Act as a liaison with Quality Operations for document pickups and drop-offs.
  • Scan and verify records requested by internal teams.
  • Review and sign off on scanned batch records provided by Document Control.
  • Manage verification, scanning, renaming, and filing of calibration and manufacturing certificates.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • At least 1 year of quality experience in a regulated life sciences or molecular laboratory environment.
  • Familiarity with quality compliance standards and document control systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic internet tools for business use.
  • Pay rate $37.00/hour depending on experience.
