Pay: $15 - $17 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: 2 years of call center or customer service experience | Strong verbal and written communication skills | Comfortable with recommendation-based or suggestive selling | High attention to detail

Customer Service Representative Essential Functions



  • Answer incoming telephone calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Suggestively sell to the customer's interest level by recommendation.
  • Enter orders into the system by telephone call, fax, or mail.
  • Develop customers by use of our "Customer Relationship Management" tools.
  • Reflect marketplace information as attained from customers.
