Job Title: Front Office* Treatment Coordinator Location: ONSITE Loma Linda, CA 92354 Schedule:* * Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our client's front office team at their School of Dentistry. This role is essential in supporting patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: * Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling (new, reschedule, cancellations) * Perform chart audits and generate patient recall lists * Provide coverage at the lobby desk for patient check-in and card payments * Generate student reports (e.g., Procedure-In-Progress) * Process patient inactivation requests * Understand and manage aging reports * Support dental billing as needed Required Skills & Experience: * Front Office Experience in medical or dental settings (2+ years required) * Insurance Knowledge: HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, Dental Care * Healthcare Experience including scheduling and patient registration * Cashiering & Data Entry: Accurate and professional handling of patient intake and payments Preferred Qualifications: * English/Spanish Bilingual * High School Diploma required * Dental Assistant certification preferred but not required * Customer service and healthcare reimbursement experience a plus Work Environment: * Collaborative, family-oriented team culture * Respectful, safe, and harmonious workplace * Primary workstations include the main lobby front desk and billing cubicles Why You Should Apply?
