Warehouse Worker

Pay: $15.00/hour

Shift: First Shift (Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 12:30 PM or until daily tasks are completed)

What You''''''''ll Be Doing:

• Pull customer orders and coffee products from bins (items up to 15 lbs)
• Keep warehouse shelves stocked and organized
• Pick, pack, and assemble orders using load boards or work orders
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Use FIFO or Julian date rotation to manage inventory
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely
• Participate in cycle counts and full inventory audits
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform light facility maintenance as needed

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED (or ability to pass an aptitude test)
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver's license or acceptable ID
• Comfortable working in temperature-variable warehouse conditions
• Familiarity with WMS or SAP systems is a plus
