Customer Lifecycle Management Strategist Summary We are seeking an experienced lifecycle marketer with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. This role focuses on developing and optimizing customer engagement and retention programs through data-driven strategies. The strategist will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, data, and operations teams to ensure customers are connected with in a privacy-conscious, impactful way-maximizing value from their subscription services. Job Description In this role, you will develop and manage strategies to drive customer engagement and retention for a suite of subscription-based services. You'll partner with product, design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define customer journeys, develop messaging strategies, and execute cross-channel lifecycle campaigns. This includes owning operational briefs, conducting A/B tests, and using performance data to inform continuous optimization. You will also support campaign execution workflows and contribute to a culture of experimentation and data-driven growth, enhancing the overall customer experience and value proposition.
