General Function: The Sr Product Manager for Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories (AFA) will include responsibilities for all North America and contribute to the development of AFA growth initiatives across all sport verticals, product categories, and channels of trade for Costa del Mar and Oakley. The role will be responsible for creating sales tools and marketplace direction to support the sales team, collaborating with Milan to create and support a global line plan structure. The role will be the main tactical contact between key stakeholders across North America, both internal and external, as well as, with the Global team in order to implement and facilitate the right execution for the doubling of the AFA business in North America. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range: 133,831.60-199,756.80 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
