The Performance Director will lead a dynamic team of employees who will work seamlessly with the NY Electric Operations team to strategically analyze the organizations strength and weaknesses, leverage what is working well across the state, and mitigate risk to help enable meeting the organizations long term goals. This will be achieved through various platforms and programs initiated from internal and external team members. A crucial aspect to this position will be to build relationships with various stakeholders across the company. Key Accountabilities

Salary: $187,000 - $220,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
