Merchandise Production Assistant Manager Summary This role supports a fast-paced merchandise production team focused on developing and delivering physical goods for a wide range of consumer-facing projects. You will work cross-functionally with vendors, suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of merchandise from development through shipping. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely communication, accurate tracking, and flawless delivery across all stages of the production lifecycle. Our Ideal Candidate
Job Description In this role, you will support the Merchandise Production team in executing production tasks and tracking progress for merchandise tied to multiple product launches. You'll partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure product sampling, cost tracking, purchase orders, and shipping logistics are completed accurately and on time. This includes reviewing and distributing sample and bulk shipping lists, generating buy commits and POs, and compiling key production data for reporting. You will also manage internal tools and platforms, coordinate sample delivery, attend cross-functional meetings, and assist with special projects-supporting the production team's overall success and alignment. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $25.00 - $28.96 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k) upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours-worked requirements.
