Leads the enterprise-wide architecture function to define and evolve a unified architecture vision, governance and roadmap that align data, application, infrastructure and integration platforms with strategic business priorities ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of high performing IT leadership and professionals fostering reusability and continuous improvement. 2 Define and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy and governance to align technology capabilities with business goals 3. Lead architectural oversight across applications, data platforms and infrastructure/cloud to ensure consistency and scalability 4. Own the architecture review board to enforce standards, compliance and enterprise-wide best practices 5. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, engineering, integrations and data governance leaders to ensure architectural alignment and integration 6. Support the alignment of enterprise data architecture with master data management (MDM), data governance and analytics strategies led by dedicated teams 7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards. 8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 9. Perform other duties as assigned.
