Description
Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving markets of Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS), Unmanned Aircraft Traffic Management (UTM), and Air Traffic Control (ATC) with a focus on Air Force and FAA end users. This role will identify and pursue business opportunities with defense, civil, and commercial customers to expand our market presence in drone detection, mitigation, and traffic integration technologies. Salary Range: $150,000.00 - 225,000.00 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
