Gorman & Company is looking for a self-driven, detail-obsessed Construction Project Coordinator to join our Construction & Development team in Oregon, WI. If you're the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems alongside project managers, and has experience with construction compliance-we want to meet you.

What You'll Do


  • Coordinate contracts, change orders, and permitting processes
  • Review and manage HUD Davis Bacon payroll, Section 3, and MBE tracking
  • Handle compliance communications with cities and housing authorities
  • Create and manage project files, budgets, and AIA documents
  • Collaborate across departments and with multiple project managers
  • Stay organized across a portfolio of projects in different markets
  • Ensure 100% compliance and contribute to on-time, on-budget project delivery


What You Bring


  • At least 5 years in a construction coordination or assistant PM role
  • Strong compliance experience-especially HUD, Davis Bacon, or permitting
  • A sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across various projects with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with construction/architecture industries
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • $60,000-$88,000/year based on experience
