The Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We support our business and members by reducing risk, rapidly responding to threats, focusing on business resiliency and securing new acquisitions.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Identity Risk Monitoring & Detection

    • Continuously monitor user and system activity for signs of identity-related threats, including account takeovers, credential stuffing, and insider threats
    • Utilize identity analytics and behavior-based tools to detect anomalies and suspicious access patterns
    • Maintain and tune identity risk detection rules and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy


  • Incident Response & Investigation

    • Triage identity-related alerts and conduct in-depth investigations to determine root cause and impact
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity, fraud, and compliance teams to respond to identity threats and breaches
    • Document incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and lessons learned


  • Access Risk Management

    • Assess and manage risks associated with user access, including privileged access and third-party identities


  • Tooling & Automation

    • Work with engineering and IAM teams to implement and optimize identity risk detection tools and automation workflows
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track identity risk metrics and KPIs


  • Threat Intelligence & Risk Assessment

    • Stay informed on emerging identity threats, tactics, and vulnerabilities
    • Conduct identity risk assessments for new systems, applications, and business processes


  • Stakeholder Engagement & Education

    • Collaborate with business units, IT, and security teams to raise awareness of identity risks and promote secure identity practices
    • Provide training and guidance on identity risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a solid track record of delivering complex projects
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading requirements gathering for enterprise-level systems
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Solid understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and software development practices
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (EIMP, CDB, Service Now, etc.)
  • Experience conducting gap analysis, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to interpret data to support business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate meetings, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
  • Proven communication & leadership
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Agilist)
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
