Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Intake/Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for greeting and enrolling potential clients, providing education on Endeavors services available, and collaborating with community resources to facilitate referral processes across organizations. The Intake/Outreach Coordinator will attend and host community outreach and training events to engage potential clients into services. This position is dedicated to ensuring clients can access care quickly, community members are aware of all programs and resources available to support them, and the Intake/Outreach Coordinator educates on program enrollment qualifications and enrollment procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Associates degree in Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, or related field Preferred. Experience may be considered in leu of education. EXPERIENCE: Must demonstrate ability to foster team-building and a supportive, flexible environment. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Spanish Speaking preferred.
