Your tasks Lead daily operations across all manufacturing departments, including injection molding, extrusion, fabrication, and distribution. Own full P&L responsibility for the site; analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to meet or exceed margin and cost targets. Manage and develop a high-performing leadership team, including Operations Managers (Day/Night), Warehouse Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Quality Manager. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain from raw material receipt through final shipment; ensure capacity, lead time, and delivery performance align with customer and business requirements. Drive Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and optimize labor efficiency. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Quality, and Engineering to align operational capacity with commercial goals and customer needs. Lead capital project planning and execution for new equipment, expansion, and automation upgrades. Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Your profile Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles (Plant Manager or above). Demonstrated success managing complex operations in high-volume, engineered product environments. Strong financial acumen with experience owning or directly influencing full site-level P&L performance. Deep knowledge of modern supply chain and distribution practices. Proven experience driving Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured operational improvement programs. Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams and leading through change.
