Job Details
Summary Reports directly to the Executive Director, Intrastaff. The scope of this position includes the temporary staffing process and employee management for all temporary business support positions for all JHHS entities. This position works closely with HR and business leaders at each entity to identify and meet the business support staffing needs related to business expansion and development, order fulfillment, and ongoing compliance with JHHS and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. This includes full scope supervision and management of the account managers, recruiters, and the administrative coordinators for the Intrastaff Business Support Division. In addition to the procurement of temporary staff, the position of Assistant Director, Business Support Division, also has responsibility for managing the temporary business support staff in the Intrastaff temporary staff pool, which is approximately 400 employees. This includes reconciliation of weekly hours worked and ensuring the client manager's approval of time worked. The person in this position is responsible for establishing and monitoring the metrics necessary to ensure quality monitoring and ultimately improve fill-rate and satisfaction of both the external customers and the temporary staff. The role includes identifying new business opportunities and gaps in customer delivery and expectations, developing and implementing strategies to close these gaps. Travel to JHHS affiliate and external agency sites is required as needed to meet goals. Required to participate in 24-hour service and administrative coverage, as needed. As a member of the leadership team, develops, implements, and monitors short- and long-term goals and budget to meet and support the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Required) Master's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Preferred) One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition (Required), including 2+ years in a management capacity (Required) Salary Range: $41.26/hour - $72.23/hour.
