DLO Technical Processing Supervisor

Essential Functions of Employment with DLO: Show up for work, on time & prepared each and every scheduled work day Perform all tasks and processes assigned to you including all tasks and processes you are fully qualified to perform and all tasks and processing that you may be over-qualified to perform Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis

Oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Referrals and Tech Ops. Responsible for the overseeing following activities: training of all personnel, all daily operations of related departments, ensure all Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity within company standards. Ensure maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment.

General laboratory knowledge, including the ability to use computers. Must have knowledge of QA and QC. Previous experience in Specimen Management and Referrals preferred.

AA/AS or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 years' experience in a laboratory; Medical or production background preferred; internal candidates require minimum of two years in group lead/related role. Previous people leadership experience preferred

Ability to maintain a professional courteous and pleasant attitude in times of heavy workload and stress. Teamwork with fellow employees is a must. Keyboard skills are important. Good customer service skills, professional appearance and attitude. Able to work flex hours as needed.
