This professional plays a key role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM, Talent/Performance, and Compensation modules. This role ensures the system meets evolving business needs by maintaining data integrity, streamlining HR processes, and enabling effective use across the organization. The specialist partners closely with Human Resources, IT and cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, deliver meaningful insights, and align Workday functionality with strategic business objectives. The pay range for this position is between $75,000-$80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
