Job Description: Job Description: Microchip is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) professional to become a member of the EH&S Team at our Chandler Operation in Arizona. The preferred candidate will have a technical background/education in engineering and possibly environmental, health and safety regulations. The candidate will be directly involved in maintaining regulatory compliance for many of the EH&S programs including OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, Air Permit, Wastewater Permit, Stormwater, Trip Reduction Plan, SPCC Plan, RCRA, and Recycling programs. The ideal candidate would have a firm grasp of engineering principles and have excellent communication skills. Expertise in using MS Office applications is required. The essential functions of this position include assisting EH&S personnel with day-to-day tasks, collecting and analyzing data, interacting with other departments to gather data, presenting findings, and helping to share the workload and streamline administrative processes Requirements/Qualifications: Job Requirements:
