Description

We are seeking a 2026 Winter-Spring Co-Op (Jan to June) to work with our advanced development team to enable state-of-the-art semiconductor devices for 5G applications. You will gain real-world industrial experience while contributing to key development projects with a diverse team of experts



Term: Winter/Spring Co-Op (Jan '26 - June '26)

Responsibilities

  • Design RF/Analog circuit blocks using Cadence, EMX tools
  • Perform Lab evaluations of SOIs and modules, such as gain, noise figure, and IIP3
  • Analyze and debug performance, create compliance matrices, and present results

Required Experience and Skills

  • Currently working towards a graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to work onsite for 6 months
  • Understands basic semiconductor physics
  • Understands RF design and measurement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiar with CAD tools, including layout and circuit simulation
  • Hands-on RF characterization skillis a plus

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
