Overview of this Position:

The Supply Chain Analyst reconciles discrepancies between quantities on hand, allocated, and available, working closely with internal teams to establish and refine inventory management best practices. Reviewing cycle count results and audits will be essential to identify continuous improvement initiative for maintaining accurate inventory records. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring inventory accuracy and inventory levels in ERP across a network of multiple facilities, participating in demand planning and replenishment activities for assigned items, precisely monitoring inventory and stock changes, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily operations.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Management or Inventory Control (or related) or equivalent related work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analyst, or related roles.
  • Moderate to high-level experience with ERP systems and inventory management procedures.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines and multinational regulatory standards.
  • Experience working with QAD system.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform related activities to supply materials in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner to the manufacturing lines, including tracking product through quality release process.
  • Monitor regular cycle counts and annual inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, operations and QA teams to resolve discrepancies and support investigations, as needed.
  • Responsible for forecasting assigned materials.
  • Obtain quotes for lead time and pricing for assigned purchased materials.
  • Monitor inventory usage to determine replenishment and safety stock levels.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term supplier relationships.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of material database within an ERP System with standardization in mind.
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external personnel at all levels.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies to standardize practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement inventory improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on inventory accuracy and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
  • Assist with supplier investigations, audits and negotiations to establish strong provider relationships as required.
