Exiger is seeking a senior-level Program Manager with direct experience in trade enforcement missions to lead and scale our portfolio of customs, tariff collection, and transshipment-related programs. This role is ideal for an individual who has managed programs in the trade, customs, or supply chain enforcement domains and can integrate technical, analytical, and mission requirements into cohesive program execution.

The Program Manager will provide end-to-end oversight of high-visibility customer technology and analytics programs, ensuring the work of AI Solutions Engineers and Data Scientists aligns with the customer's operational goals, enforcement strategies, and decision-making context.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead program management for specific customer engagements focused on tariff classification, transshipment detection, and revenue collection support.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the customer mission stakeholders, ensuring technical and analytical outputs meet operational priorities.
  • Translate customer compliance needs into actionable requirements for technical and data science teams.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across complex, mission-driven programs.
  • Oversee delivery of mission-ready products (risk models, dashboards, reports, briefings) tailored for customer use.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineers, data scientists, and policy teams to deliver actionable outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate challenges, and adjust program strategies to keep mission objectives on track.
  • Provide strategic direction on how AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and risk models can enhance customer missions.


Qualifications



  • Proven program management experience within trade enforcement, customs operations, tariff collection, or transshipment risk programs.
  • Deep familiarity with tariff classification, customs valuation, origin determination, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS) applications.
  • Demonstrated success leading mission-aligned programs that integrate technology, analytics, and risk assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with trade enforcement entities.
  • Ability to align complex technical and analytical outputs with customer priorities and risk tolerance.
  • Skilled in managing matrixed teams and coordinating across technical, analytical, and policy functions.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale trade enforcement programs from planning through execution.
