Transportation Non CDL Delivery Driver

Regular Full-Time Operative

Middletown, CT, US

Salary Range: $21.50 to $23 Hourly

Job-Type: Full-Time (Sunday-Thursday), 11pm - 7:30am 3rd shift (+$2 an Hour Shift Differential)

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is looking for a Driver who will be responsible for the delivery of company branch and customer orders. This driver position will be based out of our Middletown, CT Central Distribution Center (CDC).

Job Summary:

* Adhere to Safety Requirements based on policy, procedure, and motor vehicle regulations.

* Deliver to customer job sites in an accurate, professional, & courteous manner.

* Load & Unload Freight as required, and according to customer-specific needs.

* Deliver additional routes as required by dispatch and management.

* Perform pre/post trip inspections and capture shipment photos.

* Follow Dispatch / Routing instructions.

* Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills:

* Ability to operate warehouse equipment

* Must be strongly independent

* Must be able to communicate with all levels of customers

* Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical

* Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience
